Christmas Delivery & Returns Information
IMPORTANT: All purchases made online must be returned for a refund by contacting the Compleat Angler & Camping World Customer Service team. Refunds cannot be processed in-store.
CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS
Some of our stores have extended trading hours for Black Friday and the Christmas season. Please check our Store Locator for the latest updates on store trading hours.
EXTENDED RETURNSAn extended returns period will be available for orders purchased over the Christmas period. All returns for Christmas orders must be done by the 12th of January, 2025. To initiate the returns process, please fill out the Contact Us Form.
DELIVERY CUT OFF DATES & TIMEFRAMES
We currently do not offer express postage options. To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place it before Friday 13th December, 2024. Australia Post is adding extra resources to help parcels arrive as quickly as possible but we always recommended erring on the side of caution to avoid disappointment.
ONLINE RETURN CRITERIA FOR CHRISTMAS
- you return the item before 12th January, 2025.
- you provide the corresponding Compleat Angler & Camping World invoice from the time of purchase.
- the item is in its original packaging, including all accessories and instruction manuals.
- the item is in saleable condition ie: unworn, unopened, unused and in original condition.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE
Compleat Angler & Camping World will offer a refund for a change of mind. This only applies if the return criteria are met (see above for return criteria).
All online purchase returns must be transacted through the online store.
If the return is being made due to a change of mind, the cost of freight to return the item to the online store is at the customer’s expense.

Please note that any abusive, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour towards our team will not be tolerated. Our staff are here to help you, not to hurt you, so please be kind while we work together to come to a fair and just resolution in accordance with ACCC guidelines.
FAULTY ITEMS
Compleat Angler & Camping World will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Protection/ACCC for any faulty items. For more information please visit, accc.gov.au/consumers.
Compleat Angler & Camping World will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note, refund or repair where:
- The product is not of acceptable quality in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
- The product does not match the sample or our description; and
- You produce your original Compleat Angler & Camping World invoice at the time you returned the item
Please note all refunds will be done via your original method of payment.
INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE
Compleat Angler & Camping World will exchange or refund any incorrect item delivered from a purchase made online, so long as the return criteria is met (see above for return criteria).
All online purchase returns must be transacted through the online store.
In the case of a product being incorrectly sent, the cost of freight to return the item to the online store and to resend the replacement item is at Compleat Angler & Camping World's expense.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS IN STORE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE
At Compleat Angler & Camping World, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. However, please be aware that all Compleat Angler & Camping World stores are independently owned and operated, meaning that change of mind returns are subject to the specific policies of each individual store.
Each store's returns policy is provided at the time of purchase and may vary from one location to another. Therefore, it is important to review the policy specific to the store where your purchase was made.
For any enquiries or further assistance regarding your return, please reach out to the store where the original transaction took place. They will be best equipped to guide you through their return process and answer any questions you may have.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS IN A DIFFERENT STORE THAN ORIGINAL PURCHASE
As each Compleat Angler & Camping World store is independently owned and operated, all returns should be directed back to the original store of purchase.
