Shipping & Deliveries
Every order made on the Compleat Angler and Camping World Australia websites are not fulfilled by a corporately owned store or a warehouse, they handled by one of our locally owned stores. A dedicated local store selects your items from the shelves, prepares the package, and arranges for it to be delivered to your doorstep. When you shop both online with Compleat Angler and Camping World, you are actively supporting a locally owned business within our community!

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking link in a shipping notification email. This link will contain information about your order and its journey to you. We recommend sending your parcel to an office or location where someone will be there to receive it between 9:00am – 5:00pm.

To obtain the latest and most accurate delivery updates for your package, we suggest downloading the Australia Post App. This way, you can easily track its journey to your location. Get the AusPost app


Split Deliveries
If you have ordered multiple items – multiple thanks – we will do our best to deliver from one location, but it may be necessary to deliver different items from different stores depending what they have in stock. If this is the case, your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times. This might be a little frustrating but it adds a little extra element of excitement to have your different packages race each other to you. In any case, rest assured you will only pay one delivery fee but you will receive multiple tracking links.

Delivery Timelines
Our team will do our best to get all orders received processed the following day where possible. Parcels can take anywhere between 3-10 working days to be delivered with the exception of public holidays and any unforeseen delays. During busy periods, we will do everything we can to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but orders are coming from stores that might be busy at the same time.

Currently we are unable to offer international shipping and orders must be delivered to an address within Australia.
