Voucher Promotion - Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to promotional vouchers issued as part of selected Compleat Angler and Camping World promotions.

1. Voucher Offer

Eligible customers may receive promotional vouchers as part of a qualifying promotional offer. 

Each voucher is subject to the terms and conditions below.

2. Participating Stores

Vouchers are only redeemable at participating Compleat Angler and Camping World stores listed below.

Participating Compleat Angler Stores

• Store 1
• Store 2
• Store 3
• Store 4

Participating Camping World Stores

• Store 1
• Store 2
• Store 3
• Store 4

Participating Dual Branded Stores

• Store 1
• Store 2
• Store 3
• Store 4

Vouchers are not redeemable at stores that are not listed as participating stores.

3. Voucher Validity

• Each voucher is valid for three (3) months from the date of issue.
• The expiry date stated on the voucher applies.
• Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended.

4. Minimum Spend

• A minimum spend of $100 is required to redeem a voucher.
• The minimum spend is calculated on eligible full-priced merchandise after any applicable discounts and before the voucher is applied.
• The voucher cannot be used where the transaction does not meet the minimum spend requirement.

5. Redemption

• One (1) voucher may be redeemed per transaction.
• Each voucher has a value of $20.
• Where a customer receives multiple vouchers, the vouchers must be redeemed in separate qualifying transactions.
• Vouchers may only be redeemed against eligible full-priced items.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional vouchers or voucher offers unless otherwise stated.
• Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for cash.
• No change will be given where the purchase value is less than the voucher value.
• Any unused balance of the voucher cannot be converted to cash or credited to another transaction.

6. Eligible Products

Vouchers are redeemable on full-priced merchandise only.

Unless otherwise stated, vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with:

• Sale or discounted items
• Clearance items
• Other promotional offers where excluded
• Gift cards
• Previous purchases
• Cash or cash-equivalent products

7. Other Conditions

• Vouchers are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
• Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers may not be replaced.
• Vouchers must not be reproduced, copied or altered.
• Vouchers can only be redeemed at participating stores and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The voucher offer may be subject to additional promotion-specific terms and conditions.

8. Changes to the Promotion

Compleat Angler and Camping World reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a promotional voucher offer where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable Australian consumer law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
